Who am I?
I’m your everyday woman; wife, mother, working professional, and millennial are just a few ways to describe me.
Why should you follow me?
I’m not a chef, trained in the culinary arts. I’ve never taken a photography class. I dabble in yoga and dance, but I’m no expert. I love to travel, but I am by no means well-traveled. But I’m intrigued by the positive impact these activities have on life, both individually and together.
It’s been 3 years since I started this blog as a way to develop my interests outside of work. Maybe it’s my recent New Year’s resolution mindset talking, but this time I’m putting in my all to make this blog all it can be, whether it’s a healthy, quick recipe for the busy parent, my attempts at dancing, travel, or even growing my first garden.
Life is a busy, complicated ride, and we’re all just trying to survive. I hope this blog can help those of us finally realizing that, hey we’re grown up…it’s time to get get better at “adulting” (though I hope this blog can reach all generations!). Follow me as I try my best at balancing it all.
I truly believe we can find happiness and balance in the simplest of things, so:
Live your life. Eat Well. Take Pictures.

Welcome to my blog! The purpose of this site is for me to share my passions, memories, and escape from the everyday 9 to5.
You see, so far I’ve gone through life with pretty straight forward goals and a clear focus. Work hard in school, get a good education, and get a good job. Check, check, and check. Working in the real world since 2009, I’ve come to realize that life is more than schoolwork…or now, work work. And life will be more fulfilling if I fill it with the things I love to do.
This is a place where I can merge all of those interests (especially photography, cooking, and traveling); and really start living life.
This is my photogratherapy…
I hope you find it enjoyable too!
