A few months ago I discovered this article on a vegetable soup to eat as an appetizer before meals. I decided to try it out, and fell in love! It’s such an easy way not only to help fulfill your daily veggie requirement, and eating this before your main meal will help fill you up so you eat less. Plus, it’s delicious (even my hubby likes it!). It can be spiced 3 different ways, so it won’t become something you get tired of.
